Before reporting a problem or submitting an enquiry please check if there is a solution in the product documentation or help. We suggest that you should also check out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Known Issues pages on this site. These pages can be accessed from the menu on the left of this page or from the relevant links at the bottom of this page.

Most of our products are made available, free of charge, for evaluation purposes. If the technical problem you are experiencing is with a product evaluation i.e. you do not have a license for the product, you should note the following.

Product evaluations only run for a predetermined period of time.

Product evaluations have some of their functionality limited or disabled.

If you have a technical problem with a Blayd Software product you may use the relevant link at the bottom of this page to submit a support enquiry. We endeavour to answer support enquiries in one working or business day.

When submitting a support enquiry we would appreciate it if you will include, at least, the following information.

The product name and version. These values may be retrieved from the product’s about box or from the properties of the executable or library file.

The version and service pack level of the operating system (Windows 2000, XP Professional, etc) on which you were running the product.

.Net Framework version and service pack level and if applicable, the Visual Studio version and service pack level.

Can you reproduce the problem: Always | Sometimes | Never.

A full description of the problem. How were you using the product, what were you trying to do at the time that the problem occurred, what are the characteristics of the problem.
