If you are having a problem installing or setting up a product we suggest that you should check out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Known Issue pages on this site before submitting an enquiry. If you have a technical problem installing or setting up a Blayd Software product you may use the relevant link at the bottom of this page to submit a support enquiry. We endeavour to answer support enquiries in one working or business day.

When submitting a support enquiry we would appreciate it if you will include, at least, the following information.

The product name and if possible the version.

The version and service pack level of the operating system (Windows 2000, XP Professional, etc) on which you are installing the product.
